We are an independent woodworking business producing handmade items.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment has not been successfully received.

We also reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely via third‑party payment providers.

We do not store or process payment card details.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to customers in Ireland.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly for made‑to‑order items.

Chalk & Chisel Woodwork is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, or by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible.

Custom or made‑to‑order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.
